The typical inshore trip will target Striped Bass using live bait and/or artificials. Light tackle spinning rods and reels are the primary choice gear used on board. Depending on the current fishing conditions, inshore trips will also target Bluefish, and ground fish species. The half day option is most popular as the fishing grounds are often just minutes away from the dock. Trips usually run from 7-8:00 A.M. to 11-12:00, or around 12-4:00 P.M.
Offshore trips generally target Bluefin Tuna and/or Sharks, as well as ground fish, such as Cod, Haddock, and Pollock. These trips require more time as the fishing grounds can sometimes be 45 minutes-1 hour away and are more weather dependent.
